When Miss Selfridge set me the challenge of styling up a maxi dress from their gorgeous collection, I jumped at the opportunity to search the store and see what I could come up with. Having tried on 5 other maxi dresses (all of which were stunning!) in the end, I opted for this white embroidered beauty. With exquisite sheer and lace detailing, perfectly '70s and a super bohemian vibe, I was sold from the get-go! Being quite a statement for the everyday, I chose to add a bit of height with some lace-up heels and chose to style the dress with a suede fringed waistcoat, making the look a little more casual and super on-trend for the festival season. All I need now is to rewind a couple of months and fly out to the Californian desert so I can hit up Coachella!
As you may have seen via my Instagram or Twitter, I spent last weekend in the beautiful city of Paris! I've got a travel diary post coming up very soon, so stay tuned!
