New York City: A Reflection

Writing this post means it is the end of my time in New York. As excited as I am to see my friends and family back home over Christmas time, I NEVER WANT TO LEAVE the city.
New York has certainly lived up and even surpassed expectations. Manhattan is an incredible environment to live in and I literally would not change a thing about my time here.
I must encourage anyone and everyone to visit in their lifetime. I was lucky enough to have a study abroad opportunity through my Fashion Management degree at London College Of Fashion and could not be more thankful and grateful that I had the chance to live my dream. I'm also really proud of myself and proud of what I've achieved while Stateside. I hope I can inspire others to do the same, as life is too short.
I feel like I've matured a lot whilst living in New York. Living in a big city has taught me to be a stronger person, kept me motivated, to be street savvy but also to have fun. I'd love to live in New York again in the future and I really really really hope I get the opportunity. I don't mean to sound really cliché(but I guess I'm going to anyway) but I'm just so happy here and actually getting emotional at the thought of saying goodbye to the city that I've fallen in love with.
So what will I be up to for the next few months? I shall be moving back to London in January to start at 6 month paid work placement at Ralph Lauren head office. I'm excited to be working for such a world-renowned brand and I'm looking forward to learning new things along the way. I'll then be returning to LCF for the final year of my course.
Without a shadow of a doubt, these past few months have been the BEST ever and I can't believe I'm having to say goodbye to my friends and this wonderful city. Below I've shared a few of my favourite snaps from my trip. New York, you have my heart.
