Nineteen Seventy Five

 Floral jumpsuit, c/o Warehouse
White flatform sandals, c/o Desire Clothing
Floppy hat, Primark
Necklace, c/o Happiness Boutique
Gold bracelet, Primark
Watch, The Watch Hut
Nails, L'Oreal in Nouvelle Vague

I know... I never thought I'd see myself in a jumpsuit either. When Warehouse got in touch lately and asked if I'd liked to collaborate with them, I jumped (get it, jumpsuit) at the chance to try something a little out of my comfort zone. Being slightly out of proportion normally when it comes to jumpsuits or trousers for that matter, I have always been a little skeptical towards the one-piece on myself. However, this floaty floral seventies style number, is a joy to wear and makes me feel like I should have been living forty years ago listening to Bob Dylan and wearing flowers in my hair. Fast forward to 2014 with Haim firmly on my playlists and bell sleeves and flares on the rise, I'm sure hoping for a seventies fashion revival.
I can't get enough of my white flatform sandals lately and have been wearing them with everything from jeans to girly dresses. As a lover of chunky footwear but typical a black shoe type of gal, the white adds a fresh twist to my spring wardrobe.

White Lies

Fluffy mesh jumper, c/o Matalan
Half rim sunglasses, c/o Matalan
Cutwork clutch bag, c/o Matalan
Ankle strap flats, c/o Matalan

White is a hot trend this spring summer, and when Matalan asked me to take part in their Style Project this month, I couldn't wait to get my hands on an all-white outfit. This month's trend is Art Pop and I've kept my outfit very simple (have you ever seen me in flats?) adding a statement clutch bag to compliment the look. I'd really appreciate it if you could head over to the Matalan blog to vote for my look and leave a comment!
I'm still working 6 days a week right now so barely having anytime to blog. I'm hoping to get back into a proper routine next month. In the meantime, keep up with me on FacebookTwitter and Instagram!

With the band

Geometric print dress, c/o Missguided
Black backpack, Forever 21
Rings, Primark
Nails, Barry M in Greenberry

Hiiiiiiii. Sorry for my absence from the blogging scene over the past few weeks. I'm currently working 6 day weeks and have hardly any time to take outfit photos! This lovely Geometric print dress from Missguided is something I've been wearing looooads lately. Its a great go-to outfit, plus I'm a sucker an aztec print! The shape is really flattering and it is something I'll be outfit-repeating a lot this season.
Hope you're all having a fab week so far!
